What if someone tells me that I have to take my car to a different shop because Professional Auto Body is not on my insurance company's direct repair program?

You still have the right to choose what shop you want your car repaired at. Professional Auto Body works for you because you are our customer. We will be happy to negotiate with your  insurance company to make sure the repairs are done correctly and to your satisfaction.
